Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your unworn shoes in their original eco-friendly packaging.
Drop Off Your Package
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
